Influencer Party Guidelines
1. Welcome to the Crew
You’ve been invited because you have a love for craft beer, storytelling, and supporting the community behind it. “Influencer Parties” are about connecting local breweries with content creators who care.
2. What to Expect
-
Public taproom event—no schedules, no scripts, just content opportunities.
-
You will receive:
-
A flight of beer and a full pour from the host brewery.
-
Plus-ones (*if allowed) receive a full pour as well.
-
-
Taprooms stay open to the public—we just bring the extra “buzz.”
-
Come as you are, hang out, and create your content.
3. Content Goals
We ask each influencer to:
-
Post at least one “Story” before the event to promote it. (i.e. “I’ll be at this brewery…)
-
Share at least 1 in-feed post (photo, video, Reel or “Go Live”) during the event.
-
Post 1–3 story slides at or after the event.
-
Tag your fellow influencers—it helps boost everyone.
-
Like, Comment, and Share event posts even if you don’t attend a particular event. It is important to support each other at all times. (Golden Rule)
This isn’t a brand deal—it’s a collaboration. Be real, be yourself.
4. Tagging & Hashtags
When posting, please:
-
Tag @budsbeerblurb.
-
Tag the host brewery’s handle (we’ll send this ahead of time.)
-
Tag each other—collabs are welcome if it fits your style.
-
Use the official event hashtag: #beerinfluencerparty and any other hashtags you desire.
We’ll share a Google Sheet with all tags, hashtags, brewery info, and the details about each event.
Easy copy/paste work.
5. Posting Timeline
-
Pre-event stories or teaser posts 24 hours pre-event or day of event. (Let your followers know what’s coming.)
-
Aim to post within 24–72 hours after the event with a polished, edited, Reel, Tik Tok, or carousel.
-
Follow the guidelines of Content Goals above.
6. Support the Crew - In general
-
Follow your fellow creators.
-
Like, comment, and share each other’s content. (Work from the bottom up.)
-
Hit the brewery's platforms and do the same. (Work from the bottom up.)
7. Need Anything?
Whether it’s a last-minute question or help “brainstorming” ideas, you can always reach out to me via text or DM. We’re in this together.
* Every brewery may have its own additions and/or subtractions to the event at their brewery. Any changes from what is considered "the Norm" will be brought to your attention.
